I get them off amazon in a 3 pound bag, from sincerely nuts. I take 15 - 20 tablespoons, put them in a drink canister and shake them with some water. Then I filter it with those pantie hose samples from shoe stores, and evaporate off the water over the course of 2 hours. Then I freeze the liquid and break it with an ice pick and add it to tea. I have no idea the dose, but it's good for pain management
