I'm planning to get fat grafting done, but I'm not sure what my doctor is going to suggest. The thing about tuberous breasts is that they're very complex and you can't just pop an implant in. It's a deformity, so it takes a lot of corrective surgery. If you have what's in the pic, then it's tuberous breast deformity, and you should find a plastic surgeon who lists that they specialize or handle correction for it. Some plastic surgeons don't. Believe me, it's not sagging. It's a deformity that needs correction. Some insurance companies even cover correction... Like Blue Cross Blue Shield I think.

You should just see a plastic surgeon who lists tuberous breast deformity or any variation of those words as a specialization or something they're at least knowledgeable about and can correct, then visit them and get evaluated to get an official diagnosis (though it's easy to tell by just looking) and see what all needs to be done to correct it. Usually you will need a lift, need to have your nipples elevated, fat grafting, tissue expansion if you're skinny, or implants. You just have to get the breast itself corrected before implants, because if you stick an implant underneath, it's still going to look retarded. Anyway, best luck to you!
