Not OP, but it's a tough question. I think it's a few things, so in no particular order:
- A beautiful girl can be ruined by having nasty feet, so in a sense, delicate/feminine/well-kept feet are the cherry on top of the cake. It's almost about fit and finish, as it were.
- I don't know if this makes sense, but I noticed that animals don't really show the bottoms of their feet unless they're in some sort of a submissive/relaxed environment. It's sort of a sign of vulnerability.
In a way I don't think feet are beautiful, per se. It's more about what they represent.
I guess it depends on the person, though. A lot of submissive fags like the humiliation of being trampled or of having to sniff foot odors -- that's not my schtick in the least.
