games don't run well on minimum requirements, GTA5 min requirements were a Core2Quad and AMD7850 , I had a Q9300 paired with an AMD 7850 and the game had frequent dips to below 20 fps on minimum requirements. Just to be safe, pirate the game first and see how well it runs on your rig.
