I started losing hair around the same age, im 32 now and still have hair, albeit thin and a pretty deep receding hair line. I was on and off propecia for a few years and that seemed to slow the process, ive been off it for about 5 months. I experienced a few side mild side effects but everything is ok now. If you take propecia make sure you supplement with alot of zinc and magnesium.
I'm at a point where idgaf anymore and I've always been in shape so thinning doesn't look bad. So lose weight, get in shape, grow a beard if you can, make sure you have other shit going for you, ie , a good job, education etc.. most girls don't care and those that do are more into fuck boys anyway.
