So /b/ , heres my plan.

I want to lose weight and help my erection's strenth (since i feel my weight is affecting that) in two weeks. My friend who's a excersise science major will help me make a routine to go to the gym daily. Here's my plan foodwise:

I'll eat only bananas, spinach, mushrooms, protein powder, oranges. And only drink water, milk

So basically no carbs. Assuming I don't cheat on this, how much weight should i expect to lose? any comments?

Kek. Trust me OP it'll take a month or two at least. Anyway, start running every morning and every night, and do little workouts in between. Any days off (assuming you have a job, if not at least 4 days a week) you have to work out more for gains rather than tone

Because faggot, you don't actually want to lose weight, you want to lose fat. So, do heavy lifting instead of tone, and make sure you're working out every part of the body. The runs you do the night after your workout should be more relaxed, but the days you don't lift should be more intense and you should run for a longer time. This should burn a lot of fat while simultaneously gaining muscle and avoiding stretch marks

Oh i got time, all week. I'm a college student on campus with a short lived social life, i can find time. And ok, weight lifting is something i'll incorporate. How much should i be running? or should i just start somewhere and increase slightly

drink lots of water, at least 3 to 5 liters a day, too. Getting rid of carbs does wonders. Keto diet all the way. Plus, you should stick all your eating into a window of time...look up the keto diet.

Count calories and hit the gym. Start with 1 day a week of counting calories and going to the gym. Then 2 days, then 3. Your short-term goal right now is to count calories and go to the gym / exercise 3 days every week.

Do not skip these days, do not "do it tomorrow", write these days into your calendar.

Once you feel comfortable doing this, keep going and stop at around 4-5 days per week.

This means, depending on how quickly you want to lose weight, you will spend 4 or 5 days a week exercising and counting calories, and 2 or 3 days eating whatever the fuck you want and not exercising.

Eliminate rice, wheat, grains. No bread, cake or pasta or cereal. Limit milk intake. Eat skinless chicken breasts with spinach salad (or kale, etc) with veggies. Balsamic dressing.
Do all out sprints for 10 minutes a few times a week. Sprint, rest a minute, sprint again. Drink water, sleep at night. Take long walks. Lift heavy weights once or twice a week.

Alright OP I'll give you this advice just once. Don't eat all that bullshit you just listed, fruits are basically only carbs, what isn't carbs is meat. Based on your height and weight your daily calories burned from doing nothing is ~2000, you are going to want to eat either this or under but no lower than 1700 calories. Whilst doing this you will need to lift weights for strength/muscle.

Eat high protein foods like chicken breast and such.

You should include these lifts in your lifting routine, full body, 3 days a week. 3 sets of 5 reps, increasing by 5 pounds every session you lift. last set do as many reps as possible.
Squats, Overhead press, Pendlay Row, Bench Press, Deadlifts.

You will not lose the weight in 2 weeks.

what you are doing is called ketosis.
you can lose alot of weight quickly this way.
(i would guess 7-15 lbs) but its extremely easy to YO-YO this diet. and put all your weight back on. learn to count calories and macronutrients, and make sure you are staying below 50g of carbs per day (30 if you dont feel drained by day 3)

You don't need a special diet. All that matters is calories. Eat 1000-1200 a day and you'll be losing 4 pounds a week considering you're pretty fat. Obviously keep it nutritious foods.

Try the Primal Diet. High protein, high fat, low carbs. No calorie counting. Very easy to do. The fitness routine is easy too. Most of the info is free online. The first 10 lbs will be water, but that is normal.

For fuck sake, don't do the no carbs thing. That's like trying to drive a car with no petrol in the tank you spanner. Too many people put too much importance on diet and it's silly and often unhealthy, although if done right and with guidance it can be very good. For the most part though, simply eating a basic healthy diet and working out like a motherfucker is all a person needs to get in great shape. Not only that but concentrating hard on a super healthy but completely unsatisfying diet will just leave you mentally drained. If you're really dead set on eating a very strict and healthy diet though you HAVE TO talk it out with your friend or someone else who knows about this stuff on a high level, don't just jump head first into a random diet because it will end up fucking you over. I lost about 45 lbs doing this..
small breakfast, big lunch, a snack for dinner. Limit alcohol and skip any deserts and junk food (chips, ice cream etc... obvious shit).
Use googlemaps to make a 5 mile path around the neighborhood. Walk it 5 times a week. Gradually try to jog it.. jog until you get tired.. walk till you recover. Keep doing this, so eventually you can jog the whole thing. Then work on improving your time. Wear headphones and listen to a good podcast or music. Make it automatic.. either early in the morning or in the evening. After a while it will be easy and you will feel shitty if you don't do it. I did mine from 9 to 10pm. Its dark but the sidewalks are clear.

You have to think for the long term. Everything comes down to your food and how much you are eating. The easiest way to eat less is to start with a lot of vegetables and salad before your actual meal. Eat fruits regularly too, but not that much, try apples. You will feel full and hopefully eat less. Forget sports, you can do it of course, but this will make you even more hungry and isn't that effective.

Just commit to it for a month, then see how you feel. The walking and fresh air clears your head and makes you feel better about life. When you can jog or run it, you will feel even better. Even 4 times a week is good. If you belong to a gym that offers group fitness included, do that shit as well. They will push you harder than you might push yourself. Plus there will be women around so you don't want to look like a pussy. Its a big time commitment, but well worth it.

quite a large amount, assuming you don't cheat the diet, you should run out of carbs relatively soon, and your body will then begin to rely on the fats that you have previously consumed, therefore by working out and other daily activity, you body will begin to use that fat to create energy and you should slowly but surely lose weight. Im 5'9 and I've gone from 180 to 150 pounds. I ate a lot of oatmeal and soup, because they are decently filling and don't have many calories. A lot of it is just pure willpower. I check the calories/nutrition on everything I eat and restrict it in order to continue losing weight. Gradually teach yourself to gain satisfaction from losing weight and making progress despite being hungry a lot.
