I'm 125 kilos and 188cm tall. So I'd say pretty fucked up. I got some muscles under it tough and I feel rly good when working outside in winter. That fat slob on my arms, legs and back rly helps me to keep my muscles from getting cold and sore while working in cold enviroment. Also slow relaxing swimming is rly easy, because I lterally can't submerge unless I breathe out all the air and make my way down. Also I can drink shit ton of beer...I won quite a bunch of drinking challenges with that.
Those are good things, ut it still kind of sucks, I want to lose some of that crap. I don't feel bad atm, but I'm afraid I'll fuck up my joints, my kidneys, pankreas and circulatory system..
