Drama is a powerful form of media, and H3H3 figured this out and is taking advantage of it.
Watch H3H3's older videos. He calls people rapists, child molesters, says people have autism, makes fun of people with actual mental disorders, making fun of their looks, makes fun of black people, all this "offensive" shit. Then watch this video where he takes a moral high ground saying it was bad that leafy made fun of an autistic dude. The worst part about all of this is that I LOVED H3H3 and WAS subscribed to him since he had 20,000 subs. I didn't even know who leafy was until this video came out, then I noticed Ethan is just as bad as the people he bashes.
Ethan sold his soul for youtube money. His content is trash compared to what it use to be and it's only going to get worse. I 100% guarantee you he's going to start talking about politics within the next month or two.

I think they are both wrong big time. Leafys content is a bit edgy, but he has the problem of having a very young fanbase and therefore a small control over their doing. On the other hand I think h3h3 fucked up by being too aggressive against leafys video. Calling people names like he did is not justified. Again leafy does make fun of those fuckface little kids who made a fortune by being founded by their parents and making shit videos, but cmon he is right. Those kids shouldnt even reach such huge stages with no talent at all.
But again, they are both kinda wrong because instead of sitting down and discussing it, they just provoke each other, which will leave only negative conclusions.
