Are you seriously implying that christianity isn't anti science? There are many points in history that proove this, and also some parts in the bible directly imply this. Now since people kind of grew out of religion and they didn't want to loose most of their followers they softened the parts that pissed off the people the most at the given time. While religion has it's merits there are also some down sides like the constant hampering of science - in todays world: No reasearch on genetic manipulation due to religious concerns, so fuck researching on growing new organs and shit because "muh believes".
