Taking LIGHT colored clothing, and manipulating saturation, brightness etc.
Go to any x-ray thread and they'll tell you that you need pics with light/thin clothing

Once you located that details, you change picture back to normal and work them out with carefully placed brightning effect, burning effects and changing the levels of RGB spectrum.
Brightning around those details works better most of the time, than darkening the details itself. For example make nipple darker to show it more.
