If you're trying to quit smoking by switching to vaping then you would probably start that high IP, but if you're just starting then start around 3mg just to be safe. Otherwise you'll end up feeling sick and dizzy.

It's really just up to personal preference, if you want to try flavors with high nicotine percentages then go ahead. I just start recently and am only on pussy as 1.5 as a way to introduce myself but I might bump it up to 3 or 6.

I used a vape pen to quit smoking. Worked great for me, only use it a couple times a week and is perfect for those moments of 'I've GOT to have one" (my whole family smokes, so I'm constantly around it). I cannot imagine why anyone would start vaping if they didn't smoke beforehand. There are so many better hobbies to keep your mind and hands busy. For example, you could get five decent calligraphy sets for the cost of one vape pen.

You will notice some coughing in the beginning because your body is getting rid of the phlegm from smoking. You might also things tasting dull after starting but that's just your olfactory system being over stimulated, it will go away after a day or two and it doesn't happen to everyone.
