I kind of feel the same way but I don't have any form of anxiety or depression. My highschool I breezed through everything had a decent social life etc then I went into Uni for an engineering degree at a new city, no one I knew, the courses were so hard I had no time to socialize other than my roommate (bless that man), my dog wasn't with me to keep me company, I started doing poorly and it made me stress and made me depressed and it spiraled down. But i ended up switching to my current program, I only take 4 courses a semester (rather than 6) and take a course during the first semester of summer school to keep myself on track for 5 years and I started to socialize and i've been doing much better since, I hope this works out for you anon and if you need help we're here
