I don't necessarily agree with this whole revenge or mob's rule mentality. Raping a rapist doesn't really solve much compared to removing them society via imprisonment or even death. And death is even a little too extreme in my eyes.
I do agree with you on the fact that this whole victimization mentality that our culture is adopting causes us to absolve all responsibility from the supposed "victims" and end up in poorly tried cases where it sums up with "he says/she says."
Number 3 seems more like an unfair argument since you paint this girl up to be some scumbag. In reality, doing drugs, partying, or even being mean to your parents doesn't justify getting raped at all. The wake up call could be given in a much less savage way. I think this problem could be better solved by offering more drug rehabilitation and even regulation substances.
And the last one is just an extreme survival scenario. Of course, I'm sure even the "lesbians" at that point would agree to this.
