Companies dont wana pay a living wage. They get around that by allowing employees to accept tips. If anybody could make $50 an hour for 40 hours a week they would.
Its usualy something like $30 an hour for 4 hours though, woking 20 hours a week. Also because companies dont wana cover employees health care.
