For instance, 99 is higher than 55, so you have a higher chance of obtaining them. It reset at 00, however. 00 is nearly impossible to get.

I have ADHD so I realized from a young age that I was never going to be successful, but still got pretty much straight A's on anything we did in the classroom, never had to study, but because fucking American education system there's something called homework and I ended up getting pretty mediocre grades.
