Couple of things you can do, but first, remove that half-assed tourniquet, it will only increase the venous bleeding if its half-assed...which it is!
anyway, picked up some tricks on the OEMS-SOF course over there in the states (Eurofag.) Just pack the wound with white sugar, and cover it with f.ex. seranwrap or something similar, change the dressing every 3 hours or when the sugar is a red goop, rinse with normal tap water every time you change, and dry off with a clean cloth, preferably gauze. Keep doing that until a scab has formed, when it has, just keep it clean with mild soap water, and let it breathe plenty, it should heal fine.
Also Pine sol, for washing floors, actually has excellent antibacterial properties, although i would resort to that only if an infection already has taken hold, as it requires soaking and that slows down the process quite a bit.
Dont try anything stupid like acid or burning it... if you need more tips, list some items you have, and ill see if they can be used. Best of luck!
