The medication blocks my dopamine so it's really hard to get out of the bed in the morning and I don't have a real laught for months

You can tell that someone has schizophrenia if they talk alone, if they have alucinations, if they have disorganized thinking (when for instance they smoke a cigarate, 5 minutes later they fell the throat hot so they assume (sometimes know for sure) that they smoked crack), etc.
