I like doing them on rainy days and going outside. The rain feels awesome and there aren't soi many people around. But then again, a sunny day at the park feels pretty good too. I basically fill my backpack with OJ and ice packs and walk around loving life and drinking ice cold OJ.

If you have any mental health issues, particularly ones that affect your perception and judgement, shrooms are not safe for you and could cause a psychotic episode.
If you're anxious about something, or sad about something, without experience (and even with) you could end up having a bad time. Less is more, redosing on the day is usually not worthwhile due to rapid buildup of tolerance.
Muscle stiffness afterwards is normal, magnesium supplements will help with this.
The come-up can take anything between 30 minutes to 2 hours, usually depending on your tolerance and the contents of your stomach. (You should wait 3-4 hours after eating before dosing.) If you feel the need to vomit, do not panic, you will feel much better afterwards, vomiting is usually accompanied by a cleansing feeling.
Your mindset will define the trip, and the trip will exaggerate your mindset. If you start having a bad time, remind yourself that you took shrooms to (have fun/explore yourself/whatever reason you have).

I have used this many times, and directed many others to use it also, it will help calm you down and can stop a panic attack in its tracks.
I have much experience with acid, and have had two horrible trips, that are still having their effect on me months later. Psychedelics are not to be taken lightly, do your research, prioritise your safety and mental health, if you don't feel ready now, you've still the rest of your life to dive into it.
