You do not have the willpower to starve yourself. This is not an insult. I've read many times starvation is one of the worst ways to die. Your body will simply make you eat at some point.
It would be impossible, you would eventually get to a point where your subconscious would take over and eat food. This would only be possible if you locked yourself in a room with only water and it was physically impossible for you to get food.
