Because both companies started from different viewpoints. DC started as Detective Comics and published dark noir mysteries and the like. Batman started as a detective comic. DC has always been more about trying to be darker, and also about trying to make set logics throughout their universes (imo). Marvel started as a response to Nazis, being a lot of pro military stuff in its conception, then just expanding. Marvel has always seemed the more kid-friendly company, because they started in an age when kids were already starting to get into comics, as opposed to DC who had had much more mature content aimed at adults when it began.

Easy Deadpool baits him into coming close, and enraged him into brashly attcking, (which is One of Deadpools greatest fighting tactics, and we know the Flash can act hot-headed) then he just grabs him and sets of some explosives he strapped to himself and boom no more Flash. As much as you like to deify the Flash's powers, he's still human with human emotions and human flaws, and Deadpool exploits that fact almost as a part of his nature, manipulating his adversaries into losing their focus and then acting unpredictably to confuse and beat them. DP'll draw him in close, enraging him so all he's focused on is hurting Deadpool, then use a suicide attack (which Deadpool would survive) and take him out. Or Deadpool could just capture the Puppetmaster and use some of Barry's DNA to make a puppet of the Flash, and make him do whatever he wants.

Tony Stark has no motivation. He does things because theyre right but thats literally 50% of all super heroes. Batman has a very emotional story. His rise to the mantle of the bat was not some accident in a shack in the middle east. He saw his parents die. He trained for years to develop the skillset he has. You know this is a man of true motivations.
