Nowadays threads die so fast from so many faggots on the site it doesn't matter. There is very little incentive to be original.
Also, there was the constant posting of shock content and illegal content. It would often stay up for hours or even days. Very little, if anything, was done to remove illegal content.
You could post whatever you wanted with no fear of being banned.
In fact, you would have far greater chance of being banned for posting stupid shit or being a faggot in them days.
