Idk about others but I didn't feel anything my first few times, maybe a little warm and hungry but that's it. Try some of the lighter ways of smoking it, probably a joint if it's your first time. Bongs and pipes are pretty hard for beginners.
I found the best way to insure a high is to breathe in a little air behind your hit and hold it in as long as you can, idk if it works for other people but it helps me.

I used to smoke a shitload, loved it, was a total functioning stoner. Smoking at my lunch break from work and stuff cos I work from home, but a couple of years ago I started getting panic attacks out of nowhere, like really rough ones. I convinced myself for some reason that I was going to have a heart attack at any stage and now I find that I just can't relax and enjoy smoking a joint with my friends anymore.
I'd like to be able to just chill, have a toke and not feel like I'm going to die. Anybody have any experience or help with this? Thanks guys.
