If i lose weight i won't be able to concealed carry it half of the year though lol

this is my every day carry, it keeps the fuk bois, skeletons, and normies at bay.

Piggybacking OP's questions with

9mm vs 40 vs 45?
>>
have a full size m&p 45. not a huge fan of it.
>>
>>672602819
You should carry two. Reload time is ridiculous one that. A fuccboi can rush you miss the first shot.
>>
9mm all day erry day, just in case you get into an actual shootout and need more than 7 shots
>>
>>672602645
never shot the 21 but the 19 is an incredible shot

>>672602826
depends on how comfortable you are. 9 and even 40 is not bad handling, 9 has way more options too
>>
>>672602826
45>40>9

10mm rapes them all though

Can't believe they had to castrate the 10mm so the FBI agents wouldn't hurt their tiny delicate hands

I have a glock 23 and I like it a lot

So i was playing the Singapore Grand Prix on f1 2012 and i missed a breaking point and slid into an escape road

I gunned it back on the track and got disqualified for corner cutting

What the fuck

No warning or nothing?

>>

Mine is small and I have pretty big hands but you can get little entenders for the clips to give it more grip. Otherwise it's a two finger grip. She has tiny hands so hers fits perfectly in her hand.
>>
>>672604110
Which will be 9mm, .45, .223 and to a lesser extent 7.62x39 and .308

I thought about getting a 6.5 or a 6.8 on an AR lower just because if someone kills me and takes my gun they won't be able to use it for long

I handload and i have enough shit around to make probably 15,000 rounds
>>
I carry a ruger LC9 with the laser. Mostly got the laser piece because of the profile.

I tried several carry pieces at a local range but never liked the feel of any of them. The LC9 has a really nice quality feel to it though and shoots really well for its size. I never liked 9mm but this one feels good in the hand.

I'm also having trouble getting the red dot sighted in.

>>672606182
Might need to get one of those "ak sight post adjusters," shouldn't be more than $10 from your LGS. Don't know though, I've never needed one.

The problem with mounting accessories on top of AKs is that receiver cover is just a cover. It's not sturdy, it moves around, so anything mounted on it will not keep a zero anyway

Glock 26, with a Glock 17 or 19 magazine as backup.

>>
Beretta nano for deep carry, quick reliable no-snag deployment. You'll draw and fire before the nigger even realized you stomped his Jordan's.
>>
>>672614097
Pretty much. It wont even penetrate a few layers of clothes so if its winter it wont penetrate a thick jacket. 9mm works, 10mm is a bit overkill, just shoot something that your comfy with.

correct, it isn't integrated. It sits on a rail and fits to the grip since the LCP has a model that comes with the proprietary laser. it wasn't that much more expensive and gives it a much smoother profile.

Also as >>672614289 points out, you shouldn't rely on a laser anyway.

Not a big ruger fan so I didn't give it much thought, had a shitty experience with an old ruger pistol, shit kept jamming no matter what ammo.
>>
>>672615251
How is its performance? I know it has minimal recoil but the guys at my local range say it's about as effective as a .22. That basically the round travels so fast it can't actually do any damage before exiting and leaving a .227 exit wound.
>>
>>672615251
Why? Without its intended ammo it might as well be a .22 with more penetration and 4x the price.

Its performance is fine, a box of 50 rounds is cheaper than a 50 box for my .45. 20rd magazine no recoil, American Eagle ball ammo will go through type 3 body armor without plate, FN ammo either LF or SS195 are both hollow points so internal damage is fine for stopping power. Dumps all energy immediately, less chance of stray bullets flying around causing undue damage to missing target. Same bullet flight path 25yards to 100 yards. I'm fine with it all around. But I do love my .45's as well.

I just really like the damn thing, if I'm being honest with myself I bought it to share ammo with my PS-90. Because I can carry almost 500 more rounds over the same weight as someone carrying 9mm. But all of this is worst case, shame we can't all carry our armory with us if shit ever hits the fan.

>>
What maters most is that it's something you carry all the time and shoot well. Over the years I've carried maybe 15 or 20 different makes/models, and it doesn't make much difference as long as you have it. I currently favor smaller, light weight options like the M&P Shield or Glock 43. I am also a fan of compact revolvers if you can shoot them well.

Beyond that, it's all fanboy bullshit.
>>
>>672616737
The safety is in an excellent position if you're using proper trigger discipline. Idk, it works for me, I knew I'd catch shit when I posted it. Thats the point though, we all like our own guns that we have.

Ah, I can't blame you on that point, especially since FN is keeping that hush hush for some stupid reason. There are a few 5.7 die hards that say they have found a few powder options that come reasonably close to the factory powder, to the point they suspect they manufacture said powder for FN. But they can't get the companies to ever admit to it. Its a special bitch I admit. I personally wont' ever reload it probably because of its stupid coated brass casing.

Clothing and shit would get plugged up in the cavity of hollow points and make them not expand. The plastic is there to make it so that cloth won't get shoved up inside, but is soft enough to be driven back into the lead to make it expand. HST and Gold Dots don't really have that problem anymore.

My SHTF gun is a Glock 22, because they're fucking everywhere as is .40 S&W ammo. Personal preference though is .45 ACP. I shot my first 1911 when I was about 19 and even though it was some Chinese piece of shit I fell in love.

For me, the biggest factor is kick vs flip. .45 kicks a lot harder, but 9MM and .40 have much worse muzzle rise. Personally, I'm not bothered by the kick, but the rise makes it a bit harder for me to re-acquire the target after firing.

I've heard that "its not the _____, its the indian" phrase a lot recently. Weird. And your right, I had a marlin when I was a kid, came missing with a screw and didn't know it. Could NOT sight that bastard in. Missing the rear action screw keeping the barrel and stock in line, go figure. lol

This white honkey doesn't think he would die if four guys with guns pull on you and yours jams
This white honkey thinks automatics are more reliable
This white honkey needs to shoot more and stop reading magazines

honestly it fucking sucks

compared to the first gen M&P .45 i had (bought it when it was released), it feels like crap. i knew there was a difference, but i didnt expect this big of a difference.

cant quite say exactly what bothers me about it, but its clunkier than i remember

so off to try the apex trigger kit. hopefully it'll feel better

A thing? I don't understand how that bothers you.
>>
>>672630654
I might be misunderstanding you, but i don't need extra sights to see over my suppressor
>>
>>672631044
I think you are. Some people mount supressor sights to cowitness with their dot when they use optics. And in the case optics fail you.
