Struggling to lose weight?
Here is how I went from 120 kilos down to 50 in three months.
1- Start taking stimulants. I would stack 200mg Modafinily with 150mg Methadrone first thing in the morning, this stops you being hungry for around 18 hours.
When you are close to losing consciousness after around 4 days of eating roughly 400 calories a dy inc drinks you binge on something (kebab, chips.etc) until you throw up, this will happen as you'll still be on the stims.
Be sure to take vitamin supplements during this time.
Now I only have a coffee in the morning, the idea of fatty foods i gorged myself on make me want to throw up.
I've never felt better, my skins clearer and paler, I smell better, I can run for miles and I got a raise at work.
